Ingredients

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 1/2 lbs flank steak

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

oil for grill

Directions

Mix the seasoning and rub the steak. Add the vinegar. Marinate at least five hours.
Grill. Let rest before cutting across the grain.
